stipulation
that

would

Electric.

connection

paying

gas
connection
from

We

propane
supplied
by
tank
from
Uncas
Gas.
You will be responsible for paying for your own supply.

sign,

have
purchase

own.
You
are
welcome
to
use
the
current
sign
holder,
for
placing

under
the
current
business
sign there.

You
will
have
the
option
to
post
your
sign
in
a
separate
sign
holder.
You
would
have
the
option
to
build
that
sign
holder,
at
your
expense,
locating
it
approximately
where the “For Lease” sign we have posted is located.

Note
that
Lebanon
ordinance
will
have
to
be
followed.
It

our
understanding
that
no
illuminated
signs
are
allowed,
and
that
the
height
cannot
be

than
